    9. Sometime Employee, more than than 5 years

      Pros

It started as a dandy experience. Boilerplate benefits, complimentary entrances to other museums, open up to young workers at offset of career just no ability to motion up or increase pay after prolonged period of time. LGBTQ friendly. It has a nifty reputation outwardly and that helps yous become noticed by other companies. Inclusive to people of color but as someone said in other review, information technology feels like yous are a "diversity hire" and disposable if diversity numbers look good without you. Culture is outwardly good and well intentioned merely I would not recommend applying to a museum during a pandemic equally they are undergoing desperate changes and the "scripts" take changed. I would apply in v years. They mind to you and all know how to behave. The people with the best experiences I know accept stayed 1 year and moved on. They encourage you lot to pursue education, with the assumption that y'all motility on subsequently.

      Cons

They show inclusivity but not inclusive to various families of employees in regards to class and partner condition for families with children. I have seen so many workers go out as soon every bit they start families. Other companies are designed for employees who belong to more diverse forms of families. While they listen to you, they tin't however solve all the major matters impacting company culture at this fourth dimension.
